hazardous materials investigations/remediation. Currently she works
primarily on negotiations with regulatory agencies, litigation support,
and technical review of CEQA/NEPA and hazardous
materials-related documents, and manages large CEQA projects.

Bruce has
been with BASELINE for 20 years and has managed numerous soil and
groundwater quality investigations, remediation programs, and large CEQA/NEPA projects. He has extensive experience analyzing
and resolving complex water quality and hydrogeologic
challenges associated with new development and redevelopment (including brownfields).

Lydia has
worked at BASELINE for over 18 years and works primarily on projects
related to redevelopment of contaminated industrial properties,
infrastructure construction projects, and litigation support. By
combining her statistical and database skills, she manages large
investigations and environmental programs for our clients, and she has
been instrumental in assisting clients in clarifying complex
environmental issues.

Jim has 15
years of experience working on environmental projects relating to; environmental
site investigations; soil and groundwater remediation system design,
construction, and implementation, and CEQA documentation (for Air Quality
and Noise). His extensive knowledge of field
investigation techniques, analytical methods, and various remedial
technologies allows him to assist clients in finding cost effective
solutions to environmental issues.

Todd has
been with BASELINE for 15 years and has managed over 100 Phase I and
Phase II environmental site assessments for development and redevelopment
projects throughout Northern California. He has performed numerous
third-party reviews of environmental investigations prepared by other
firms to ensure that those investigations were performed in accordance
with ASTM and other industry standards. He also has extensive experience
preparing public health and safety analyses for CEQA and NEPA documents.

Bill has
been with BASELINE since 1986 and has performed field oversight on
numerous groundwater and hazardous waste investigations and remediation
projects. He also has performed mitigation monitoring for large-scale
construction projects and conducted environmental audits of public and
industrial facilities.

Redgy is a
civil engineer with seven years experience. He has been an environmental
monitor representing clients in the field to ensure that contractors
adhere to mitigation measures and contract conditions for environmental
issues, including air quality, noise, vibration, and surface water
protection. He also prepares ISA and ADL
investigations in accordance with Caltrans requirements and supports CEQA
documentation by preparing public health assessments.

Patrick is
an environmental scientist with over five years of experience conducting
subsurface hazardous waste investigations and overseeing remediation
projects. He has also performed general construction oversight,
blast monitoring, vibration analysis, and asbestos inspections for
commercial development and redevelopment projects. He also prepares Phase
I investigations in accordance with ASTM standards, and CEQA/NEPA impact assessments for geology and public health.

Cheri has over 24 years of experience in environmental
investigation and remediation. Her experience provides a firm basis for
designing and implementing soil and groundwater investigations to
appropriately and economically address client and agency concerns
including managing field operations, critically reviewing and analyzing
data, and presenting the results clearly and concisely. She is an expert
on standard industry practice and current ASTM standards for Phase I
Environmental Site Assessments.

Bodine, Senior Environmental Scientist
M.S. Materials Science and Mineral Engineering
Donna's 13
years of experience includes stormwater management, environmental
chemistry, and preparation of CEQA documents with a focus on evaluating
water quality impacts. She has helped municipal clients comply with
stormwater regulatory requirements including developing Best Management
Practice (BMP) guidance, water quality monitoring, annual reporting,
meeting BMP requirements for new development/redevelopment, and
evaluating stormwater program effectiveness. Donna has also managed the
preparation of Water Quality Management Plans and Water Quality Technical
Reports for large new development and redevelopment projects. In
addition, she has been the project chemist for soil and groundwater
investigations, and stormwater monitoring projects.
