Since 1985, BASELINE has conducted more than 300 Phase I and Phase II Environmental Assessments for our clients. We have performed site assessments for residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural properties throughout Northern California. All of our Phase I site assessments are performed by senior environmental professionals and meet or exceed American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) standards. Much of our site assessment practice is related to development or redevelopment projects, where a Phase I site assessment is performed not solely for due diligence purposes but also litigation support. Based on the findings of an assessment, BASELINE can recommend creative solutions to match the project needs and risk management profiles of our clients. As required by the project, we have the flexibility to modify the scope to meet additional requirements, such as additions to meet requirements for Caltrans (Initial Site Assessment) or school siting projects (Title 22 California Code of Regulations Section 96100 et seq.).
