 BASELINE
provides assistance to numerous local agencies in complying with
the requirements of mitigation monitoring under the California
Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The mitigation monitoring is
conducted to ensure that the mitigation measures in EIRs or Mitigated
Negative Declarations are implemented. The types of monitoring
that we have performed include:
