Baseline has completed over 50 CEQA/NEPA studies in past 5 years for infill development and infrastructure improvement projects. Baseline uses quantitative analysis to evaluate potential noise and vibration impacts associated with projects and has the experience to identify effective and feasible mitigation measures. Staff are familiar with local noise standards and requirements in the Bay Area and has prepared thorough and legally defensible noise analyses.
